Return to Harper Adams University

Jack Sagar joined the team here at E-CO2 back in July 2013 to carry out a one year industrial placement as part of his university studies at Harper Adams. He has been working on the development of various projects for over 15 months now, and now will return to university to complete his studies.

Jack has assisted the consultancy team whilst learning and working on all aspects of the business, from the re-design of our company website, designing various marketing material, writing reports for producers, processors and retailers and carrying out farm assessments.

“Working at E-CO2 has provided me with a huge range of experience ranging from website design, software testing and development, and producing reports for global companies. I have been with the team for 15 months now and have been lucky enough to gain knowledge on the variety of projects we are working on and also tailor my job role to my strengths.”

Jack is heading back to Harper Adams University in September to carry out his final year studies in Countryside and Environmental Management (BSc). Jack hopes to produce a dissertation on the subject of agricultural carbon footprinting, and following his studies he hopes to re-join the team here at E-CO2 and continue to work for us. “I have really enjoyed working for E-CO2. I have learnt so much here, and really appreciate how much time and effort the team put into my placement. I hope to continue working with the team during my final year, as well as collaborating to complete my dissertation. I wish Hannah, the new placement student, the best of luck and I hope she enjoys her time at E-CO2 as much as I have.”
